If you've completed payment and placed the order, you won't be able to change the delivery address yourself, but if you contact us before the order is dispatched, we'll be able to do it for you.
Should you need to change the delivery address, it's important for you to contact us straight away, as we can only make changes before dispatch and are not able to redirect orders in transit.
Please contact us via live chat (click the "Chat" button at the bottom left of any website page) or call us (0800 043 1001). If you have your order number handy, that will help us to find you quickly. If you don't have the order number, then your email address or the post code (from the billing address or incorrect delivery address) will do.
Generally, it is not a good idea to email us with requests to change delivery address, as there is a good chance that the order will have been dispatched before we reach the email. You should definitely not reply to the order confirmation email, as that will not go to a manned inbox and will almost certainly not be recovered until too late.
