You can cancel an order any time up until it has been dispatched. If the order has left the warehouse, we are unfortunately not able to cancel while it is in transit.
The best way to cancel is to contact us by live chat (click the "Chat" button at the bottom left corner of any website page during business hours) or phone (call us on 0844 567 8118), as we will be able to process your request immediately. You can email us, but if you do this, please bear in mind that we may not reach your email before the order is shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it, please contact us to obtain a RMA reference number before sending it back, as this will enable us to process it quickly. Returns received without a RMA cannot be booked in and processed straight away, so any action required will be delayed.
