The password for your Printerinks account is created at the same time as the account. It is not connected to any of your other passwords, such as your email account.
You can change your password at any time while logged in.
Forgotten your password?
All login pages have a function to reset your password. Click the "forgot" link, enter your email address when prompted and click the "Send link" button.
If an account exists with that email address, you will be sent a reset link. Just follow the instructions in the email and the prompts on the screen to change your password.
Don't worry if you have more than one email address and aren't sure which one you used. Just request a reset link for all of them - we will only send the link to the email address that the account was registered to.
Changing your password from the My Account page
If you know your password and just want to change it, use it to log in, and then click the "My Account" button at the top right of the screen.
From that page, click the "Your account" button:
On the next page, check the "Change Password" box to bring up the fields on the right hand side:
Enter your old password at the top, then your new password, and finally the new password again to confirm it. Click the "Update my account" button, and your password will be changed immediately.
